In response to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation, Omnix V6 is able to provide the following functional enhancements enabling you to meet the heavy vehicle compliance requirements.
The most significant enhancement is the availability of an electronic work diary (EWD), which will meet the safety accreditation levels established by NHV regulators.
This electronic work diary allows your operators and drivers to:
Complete an online fit-for-work form, also configurable to suit your business.
Record a shift start time.
Record driving breaks, with options to setup alerts and timestamps according to your established break times.
Record a shift end time.
The scheduling of Drivers to vehicles and loads also need to take fatigue management and driver hours into account.
V6 has a development application pending approval for EWD from NHVR.
