Project Management

In the Setup Phase, a detailed reference map is provided to assist with the global setups of your specific data so that a test company can be created for user training and general familiarisation. In larger installations, Omnix Project Managers have also been pivotal in training small groups of future System Trainers prior to the general user training phase, to enable development of a team of expert users to be available in times of future staff changes and expansion.
