Asset Management
The transport industry has a significant investment in assets in the form of vehicles, equipment and capital items. To manage the utilisation of these valuable assets requires careful planning and global visibility. Complete integration is required between operational and asset management modules, so that all cost and utilisation can easily be managed.

This module allows imaging of documents, and manages the upload and storage of documents for easy retrieval & use. It utilises a scan station that captures image and OCR of dockuments based on predefined templates which are then linked and stored against transactions in the system. On-screen viewing is available together with output to printer, email or fax. With optional e-commerce modules these can also be accessed via web and browser or web services.
Document types include consignments, manifest, etc.

Internal fleet management module that includes vehicle, equipment, driver, registration, insurance, etc. masterfiles. For compliance features it stores driver licensing details, incidents and vehicle/trailer capacity information, which is available in other operational modules like SendSmart. You can also forecast fleet service & maintenance at predefined service intervals based on date, time & distance. In conjunction with ServiceSmart module service jobs can automatically be created from this schedule. It also has a fuel and tyre management function so that all cost can be reported on.

The workshop consists of three separate modules, namely jobs, procurement & spare parts. The primary role is to manage service & maintenance of internal (and possibly external) vehicles, equipment & assets. Features include managing all job types, including outsourced work, internal repair request, service, repair, rebuilds, etc. Mechanics can add comments at detailed line level with start/finish times to track what work was carried out vs not complete. A quick entry system allows processing of data from time cards and creation of jobs, if they don't exists. System reporting assist our clients with RTA compliance. |

| GPS Tracking |

This provides geo-spacial information on fleet movements utilizing GPS receiver in each vehicle. Our solution uses a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver, which will provide longitude, latitude, speed, date & time on each asset or resource logged onto our mobile application. While this will work with most blackbox propriety hardware, it will also work with any mobile device with onboard or 3 rd party Bluetooth GPS. Features include vehicle locations, history replay, geo-fencing, etc. What makes this versatile is that you do not require expensive propriety hardware installed if you do not require engine management information.
It is also more job centric in that you can search by consignment number to find out where the vehicle is.
