Back Office

This module is the core of the solution and consists of a number of products that form the Back Office. The system supports multi-company, multi-department entities and is totally date-driven, with financial reporting done at department or group level. The bundle comprises of middleware, client/server, enterprise menu's & administration and financial interface. Optional add-on products, including report generator (Crystal Reports) and full financials (FinanceSmart - AP, AR & GL).

Express Runtime offers a simple and intuitive approach to deploy and manage our application on a proven IBM middleware stack. Built around three key design points: ease of deployment, Management, and Service. Integrated stack consists of Informix Dynamic Server Express, WebSphere Application Server Express, IBM HTTP Server, and Express Runtime console.

Genero*

Genero is a platform-independent development and deployment environment, optimized for data-intensive business applications suitable for businesses of all sizes. Genero applications work well in an enterprise environment, interoperate with other languages and platforms, scale well, and lend themselves to Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs).

FinanceSmart Interface*

This interface allows other subsystems to function like operations, assets management, etc. and provide the necessary table structures to interface to 3rd party financial accounting systems.

MenuSmart*

Enterprise menus & administration module that allow user, group and company access levels to programs or modules. It allows the system to be customised for each clients requirements and provides access to on-line help, creation of shortcuts, etc.
